Really about a 3 1/2 for me
Good show but not spectacular. I find myself listening to 82 more and more however as there are some real treasures.
I just love the electric On The Road Again which was the first set highlight for me. The second set run of FLAS>Franklin's>Estimated is excellent but the Terrapin falls a bit short. Nice Brokedown encore as well

Peggy-OMG!!!
i can't believe no one has commented on this peggy-o. it has all the crucial ingredients: jerry's voice is immaculate; his guitar phrasing is exquisite; and the solo is nice and long. if you're a fan of peggy-o, i highly recommend you give this version a whirl. you'll be happy you did. and while you're here, don't be bashful about trying the cassidy and roses on for size. listen to the crowd erupt in share joy after jerry's solo during cassidy.

Excellent Show Overall - Terrapin Has some Issues
I'm not usually a huge fan of the 80's shows (especially later shows) but it was all before my time really, so that's not saying much.
However, this really seems like a standout piece. From start to finish its packed with great tunes and little to no issue beyond Terrapin.
The sound for Terrapin seems to cut in and out like the boys have a piece of drywall being dropped in front of their mics every so often, which really sealed the deal on not adding this to my collection.

This show is off-the-hook!!
Check out the file, gd1982-04-19.89314.txt, to see the improvements made to this show. This Matrix is the best-sounding source for this concert! 60% SBD and 40% AUD. What a great mix! Great job, Kevin Tobin! You are the fucking shit!!
This show at the Baltimore Civic Center in Baltimore, MD is easily one of the best shows from 1982. One of the future "Road Trips" releases should be this show, plus the previous two nights at the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, CT.
I've been listening to this show all day at work and just downloaded it to my iTunes. Now I just need to burn it for my car. The 2nd set of this show ranks right up there with any Grateful Dead 2nd set of any show Ive ever heard! I mean, just look at this fucking set, everybody!
Set 2
d2t01 - Feel Like A Stranger
d2t01 - Franklin's Tower
d2t01 - Estimated Prophet
d2t01 - Terrapin Station
d2t01 - Drums
d3t01 - Raven Space
d3t02 - The Wheel
d3t03 - Truckin'
d3t04 - Stella Blue
d3t05 - Around And Around
d3t06 - Good Lovin'
Encore
d3t07 - Brokedown Palace
The Raven Space is mind-altering. You definitely should download this show. The Wheel --> Truckin' --> Stella Blue --> Around And Around --> Good Lovin' --> Brokedown Palace are some of the best versions I've ever heard. I sure haven't heard many Stella Blue's that can hold a candle to this one, people!! And the Good Lovin kicks some serious ass!!

This is the best source.
Enough has been said of this show-I was there, it was killer, but I've always thought the SBD was too sterile - this mix is sweet and captures the insanity better!!
